Sometimes ordinary just doesn't cut it! Thankfully, now there's a refreshing alternative to traditional franchised hotels and local inns: The Centennial. This Victorian landmark in the heart of charming downtown Concord, New Hampshire, delights guests with a new urban-contemporary feel that artfully blends historic architecture with modern conveniences.
Relax and unwind in one of The Centennial’s 32 spacious guest rooms, many with the unique architectural distinctions only a vintage Victorian building can make available: 3rd floor rooms with wonderfully idiosyncratic ceiling lines, suites with lounge areas built into the twin-turrets that overlook Pleasant Street to the south, several rooms with private porches, wonderful light from a bounty of windows (a few rooms have 5 or 6). Each room is furnished with boutique furniture, deluxe pillow-top bed & bedding ensemble, artwork taken from the pages of Vogue, LCD TV & VCR unit, bathroom with vessel bowl, cracked tile floor and shower, granite vanity and small refrigerators in each room. Guests will enjoy the convenience of complimentary ultra high speed Internet access (both wireless & hardwired), and personal touches such as terry bathrobes, slippers and a special turndown each evening.
Feed your soul at Granite Restaurant & Bar, Concord's creative and exciting dining alternative. New American Cuisine with hints of Mediterranean, French and Asian influences - a melting pot without “borders.” Relax with friends & associates to quiet jazz and enjoy intimate dining booths & upscale contemporary furnishings. Naturally there’s also an extensive wine list, your favorite single malt, liquors & after dinner cordials and micro brews – including local New Hampshire favorites. Granite also offers Off-Site Catering.

"Wonderful Renovated Historic Hotel with Character"
"My wife and I stayed here for her birthday. We loved the friendly staff and the modern facilites. Bathrooms were classy and rooms were spacious. We loved the restaurant and had both a delicious dinner and wonderful breakfast the next morning. Try the Granite Scramble with tasty hash browns and 12 grain toast. Coffee was delicious! When we checked out, we discovered that this hotel has other affiliated Inns in Williamstown MA and Wolfeboro, NH. We can't wait to try both of these in the future."
